Transformation Monday Shout Out!
One of my current challengers Amanda in our Strength group classes is rocking it! With amazing nutrition and being fueled correctly she was able to transform her body! Talk about incredible!!:) She lost 16lbs down and feeling great. Check out what she had to say about the group and classes!
“16 weeks in to my workout program I am down about 16 lbs. And these arms are starting to build themselves. 12 more weeks to go on the schedule and then we just keep it going. Keep active. And live a healthier life. I have had a great support group including my trainer Martina, my husband, and other ladies from strength and spin challenge groups to make myself accountable for my own well being. I quit making excuses and started making things happen. I wish I will inspire other ladies and be their motivation point too. At first it sounded silly to me, but for those who constantly try on their own and give up, it makes perfect sense to have others to help you with your journey! Martina doesn’t like letting others down!!! Which is basically the point of those Todays Fit Women’s challenge classes and groups… motivation!
